Day 421 Epic

 

Finally on our ship, the Norwegian, Epic. It was an epic journey getting here but we’ll worth it once we settled in. The second leg of our trip Tim and I each got a window seat, making our not sitting together worth it. We each slept a bit and once we landed in France we’re ready to finally reach our ship. The weather was hot, good thing since Tim left his sweatshirt in the plane. There always seems to be something left behind but at least it wasn’t a phone or passport. Our ship is amazing, endless food options and live music all around us. We stayed up late jumping from one musical performance to another, soaking it all in. We ate then ate some more, explored the ship and finally called it a night before we both collapsed from exhaustion. The ship left Marseille and as we slept traveled to Barcelona. We’ll be fresher for tomorrows adventures, sleep sure does the body good. 

Side note: I wrote a much longer, more detailed and much more amusing blog earlier this morning but since we were still out to sea the Wi-Fi couldn’t handle my post and I lost the entire blog… Epic fail! Looks like I’ll only be able to write while we are docked.
