At 892 My secret life
Since purchasing my new walking pad I haven't used my old stationary bike once. I posted the bike as well as my mini trampoline on facebook marketplace and sold each item within days. I brought the bike home for pick up from the buyer, carrying it inside as Tim questioned me about the item. I explained that I'm in the process of cleaning out my office and was immediately accused of having a secret life, causing me to burst out laughing. I bought the bike a couple years ago and would use it occasionally with my stand up desk but apparently never mentioned any of this to Timothy. I also had a mini trampoline that I never mentioned that was fun to use as well but once the walking pad came into play, the other items weren't used. Facebook marketplace is a great spot to buy and sell fitness items, I had bought both from the site and reselling was quick and easy. I sold each item for the same price I paid, so the years of use cost me nothing. Finding the right fit for office workout equipment is important and takes a bit of trial and error so not spending a great deal of money is important. I still have a fitness bike at home, but have found I prefer a treadmill any day. The office walking pad allows me to get my steps in during the day and more importantly get up off my butt. Humans weren't made to sit all day long and a sedentary life is more harmful than folks realize. After years of trying every fitness apparatus I could find, I've landed on a simple walking pad. It fits under my desk nicely, flips up on its side when not in use and only takes a second to flip down into place and turn on. I walk every chance I get and although it's not half as fun as being outside in the fresh air, it helps keep me from becoming a blob during my secret life hours. Life happens quickly around poor Tim, keeping up can't be easy.
