Day 1141 Love & Happiness

 

As promised, here's a picture of the beautiful bride. My daughter and I made perfect bookends with the color palette we unwittingly chose for our dresses—matching Tory's flowers almost perfectly! Great minds think alike.

Tory was absolutely stunning in her elegant white dress, holding a pastel bouquet and wearing a beaming smile full of happiness. How lucky am I to have such beautiful ladies in my life?

Before I know it, I’ll be attending a baby shower, welcoming a new little bundle, and watching Tory step into motherhood—yes, she’s eager to have kids as soon as possible! I’m thrilled we managed to capture a photo of the three of us. I’ll definitely be printing and framing it.

Tory and I have dinner plans on the calendar, and I can't wait to catch up and hear all about everything. Tim and I had a wonderful time at the wedding. We were even invited to the afterparty with the younger crowd, but called it an early night and were back at our hotel by midnight. The afterparty, from what I heard, went on well into the morning—yikes, we're definitely too old for that!

Weddings are such joyful events, watching new love bloom and couples begin their journey together, hopefully filled with mutual respect, kindness, and deep friendship. Those, after all, are the ingredients that help love grow and endure.
